Refund Policy

Money Back Guarantee is valid till 30 days of order placement, provided that other terms are applied.

In result of unsatisfactory work, you can claim your refund via three modes:

It is not possible to receive a refund if you are dissatisfied with the initial writing provided by SwiftWrite and your project continues on to the second round of writing. You may request a refund by sending a written Refund Request to the address listed below. If your request is received in a timely manner, SwiftWrite will refund the total amount paid by you, and a 40% work cost deduction from the package amount processed for refund in the case of a Website package if the website is still in the development p

There are no refunds for any rush service fees that have been paid. There are no refunds for 24-hour work costs or 24-hour rush change requests.

In the event that a refund is approved, the client will receive his money returned within the next 10-15 business days.

If a client does not respond to our emails for 45 days, we will not entertain or refund any orders; however, if the client has a personal difficulty, the client can send us an email to request that we hold the project. Additionally, if the customer is non-responsive for more than 60 days, the client will be required to pay an additional caution cost of $150 in order to re-start the project.

The client may choose to forfeit the website element of the package after 30 days without incurring any financial loss; however, we will hold the project in this instance so that the client can return later and restart the project.

Furthermore, if the customer requests additional revisions (1 or more work changes, regardless of the complexity) or modifications to any of the first editions, the customer will renounce the right to receive a refund under the terms of the previous paragraph. If you do not respond to a status notification from www.swiftwrite.com within a reasonable amount of time, you will also forfeit your entitlement to a refund.

If you get a refund, you acknowledge and agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with regard to the Responses in question. Moreover, by submitting a Response, you understand that you will have no right (explicit or implied) to utilize any other work product, content, or media, and that you will have no ownership interest in or to any of the aforementioned items.

Customers will not be eligible for a refund if they complete only one part of their transaction and do not complete the remainder of the order.
